FiveYellowMice ("we", "us", "our") operates Handsfree Item Index Manipulator (this "Application") (also known as just Item Index Manipulator). This page informs you about the collection, use and disclosure of the User Data we receive from users of the Application.
The Application only uses your User Data to provide and improve the Applicaton. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Your "User Data" includes: Personal Information, Authorization to Spreadsheets, Spreadsheet Data.
While using the Application, we may receive certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to your name and email address ("Personal Information"). Such information will only be used by the Application to tell its users apart, and will not be stored on our servers. Your Personal Information will be stored inside the memory of Google Assistant, which are not in our control.
You may also be asked to provide information that grants us acess to your Google Sheets spreadsheets, as well as spreadsheet IDs that allow this Application to identify, read and write to specific spreadsheets ("Authorization to Spreadsheets"). These information will also be stored inside the memory of Google Assistant, for the sole purpose of allowing the Application to remember which spreadsheets you have given access to us, and allowing us toidentify, read and write to the Spreadsheet Data of those spreadsheets.
While using the Application, the Application may receive or modify the contents of the spreadsheets you have given access to us by providing Authorization to Spreadsheets ("Spreadsheet Data"). Your Spreadsheet Data will only be accessed by the Application in the case where you have given the explicit command to do so, including but not limited to: "open spread sheet [spreadsheet name]; read ...", "open spreadsheet [spreadsheet name]; change ... to ...", where "[spreadsheet name]" is the name of the spreadsheet introduced in Authorization to Spreadsheets. Your Spreadsheet Data will only be used to fulfill the request given in the command, and will not be stored by the Application.
None of your User Data will be transmitted by us to any third-party except Google.
The security of your User Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2021-01-23 and will remain in effect with repect to any changes in its provision in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the righ to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Application after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitude your acknowladgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you at the next time you use the Application.
